1．基本の表現33subject to〜： ～に従いat one's own expense：自らの費用でand/or：および╱もしくは（andかorのいずれかを選択して，すべての組み合わせを網羅するもの）may▶「〜する権利がある，〜することができる」 ①権利を表す場合　be entitled to～，shall be entitled to～，shall have the right to～も同じ意味です。Publisher shall be permitted to publish this edition of Book.訳例 本契約の定めるところに従い，受託開発者は，本業務を委託者に提供するものとする。訳例 もし，売主が引渡日前に本商品を引き渡した場合，売主の義務の不履行につき，自らの費用で是正することができる。ただし，遅滞なく，買主に対して，是正の提案方法や時期を示す通知をしなければならない。訳例 私が着想した発明等が会社によって特許申請され，または正式に登録された場合，私は，会社の発明規程に従って会社から報奨金を受ける権利を有します。②許可を表す場合　〜することができる，〜することが許されている　be allowed to～，be permitted to～，be able to～も同じ意味です。Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Developer will provide Services to Company.If Seller has delivered the Goods before the date for delivery, he may rectify at his own expense any failure to perform his obligations if without delay, it gives notice to Buyer indicating the proposed manner and timing of such rectification.In case that the Inventions conceived by me are applied for a patent by Company and/or officially registered, I am entitled to a financial compensation from Company in accordance with Company's invention rule.★★★
