19117□□118□□119□□120□□121□□122□□買主（ハナ合同会社）は、売主（シンガポールフラワー）に対し、支払期日の到来から満額の支払いがなされるまでの間に係る遅延利息について、適用される法律で許される限りの最高の利率のいずれか低い方の利率を用い、当該利息を算出し、支払うものとする。別紙「ソフトウェア明細表」とは、両当事者により署名された各ソフトウェアに関する別紙であって、具体的に本契約を参照しているものを意味する。放棄するライセンシー（東京アニメ株式会社）は、法律によって許される最大の限度で、訴え、訴訟その他の裁判手続が不便な法廷地において提起された旨の抗弁を放棄する。営業秘密供給者（名古屋カーパーツ株式会社）は、購入者（マツバ自動車株式会社）に対し、本製品が、特許権、商標権、営業秘密その他の第三者の知的財産権を侵害していないことを保証するものとする。準拠法、適用される法律買主（ハナ合同会社）は、売主（シンガポールフラワー）に対し、支払期日の到来から満額の支払いがなされるまでの間に係る遅延利息について、適用される法律で許される限りの最高の利率のいずれか低い方の利率を用い、当該利息を算出し、支払うものとする。適用される法律で許される限り契約条件販売店（デンエイ株式会社）は、様々な製品を販売し、本契約条件に従い、日本において、本製品すべてについての独立した販売店として活動することを希望している。applicable lawThe Purchaser [Hana GK] shall pay to the Seller [Singapore Flower Pte.
