20123□□124□□125□□126□□127□□128□□第7条、第8条及び第9条により課せられる義務は、本契約の終了後も存続するものとする。補足本契約の補足、変更又は修正は、両当事者によって書面で行われない限り、法的拘束力を有しないものとする。解決する、和解するお客様は、ライセンサー（GoopleInc.）に対し、ライセンサーから書面による請求があった日から50日以内に、当該請求の解決又は防御のために負担した合理的な範囲で、弁護士費用、支出及びその全ての損害について、弁償するものとする。権利本契約の終了は、契約期間終了の効力発生日より前に生じたいずれか一方の当事者の権利又は救済を消滅させるものではない。買主（ハナ合同会社）は、売主（シンガポールフラワー）に対し、かかる請求への対応に関する合理的な支援を提供するものとし、また、売主（シンガポールフラワー）は、買主（ハナ合同会社）に対し、当該支援にかかる合理的な費用を償還するものとする。書留郵便買主（ハナ合同会社）の請求は、書面によるものとし、電信送付後7営業日以内に売主（シンガポールフラワー）に対し書留郵便で送付されるものとする。存続する償還するsurvive[sərváɪv]The obligations imposed by Articles 7, 8, and 9 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.supplement[sʌ́pləmənt]No supplement, modification, or amendment of this agreement shall be legally binding unless executed in writing by both parties.settle[sétəl]You shall reimburse Licensor [Goople Inc.] for all of its reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and damages incurred in settling or defending such claims within fifty (50) days of each of Licensor’s written requests.right[ráɪt]The termination of this Agreement shall not operate to destroy any of the rights or remedies of either party that shall have accrued prior to the effective date of termination.reimburse[rɪ̀ɪmbə́ːrs]The Purchaser [Hana GK] shall afford all available assistance to the Seller [Singapore Flower Pte.
